Pet Policy

Landlord may allow Resident to have a Pet in the Assigned Unit, associated Apartment and Common Areas, within its sole discretion under limited circumstances and strictly subject to Landlord’s Pet Policy, which is available upon request. Violation of the Pet Policy or this provision will subject Resident to mandatory $350 fee and deep-cleaning fees and shall be considered as grounds for termination of this Rental Agreement by Landlord, with all fees due and accelerated as provided in Section 20. Small fish in bowls are permitted, at Landlord’s discretion which must be confirmed in writing. No exotic pets (rodents and reptiles included) are permitted.
